A foundational leader molded by the highest echelons of military discipline, Mr. Tims retired from active duty in the United States Army after 22 years, 3 months, and 12 days of honorable service. Mr. Tims held  a vital senior grade rank of Sergeant First Class and became the Battalion Maintenance Supervisor. As the maintenance supervisor he was directly accountable for complex logistics networks, elite equipment readiness, and the technical training of rapid-response tactical teams. A native of Cecil County, Maryland for 18 years following her high school graduation, Mrs. Tims later transitioned to Harford County, Maryland, where she has been a proud resident and prominent community pillar for the past 30 years. She has been happily married to her husband, Samuel, for 33 years, and together they share one son.

Mr. Tims commands the daily logistics, fleet deployment, and market positioning of the firm. He translates over a decade of elite consumer-facing experience into operational excellence, driving the company's core pillars of safety first, professionalism and exemplary customer service. 

Known for an exceptional work ethic and an unwavering willingness to dedicate long, rigorous hours to corporate growth, Mr. Tims ensures the fleet runs seamlessly. His hands-on leadership style guarantees that all classes of patrons receive an elite, dependable  and world-class transit experience.

Raised in Harford County, Maryland from the age of three, Mr. Tims developed a foundation of discipline, focus, and teamwork early in life, He attended Meadowvale Elementary School, and Havre de Grace Middle School, ultimately graduating from Havre de Grace High School. During his academic tenure, he cultivated a deep passion for music, performing as a skilled alto saxophone player for six years, followed by taking guitar lessons from Dean Sapp Musical Studio for  one year -an experience that instilled the precision and collaborative harmony he brings to corporate logistics today.

Following high school Mr. Tims advanced his education by attending Harford Community College before transferring to Strayer University(White Marsh, Maryland Campus), where he pursued advanced studies in Business Administration.

Prior to stepping into his executive role as COO, Mr. Tims spent 13 years building a stellar reputation in high-stakes sales, property management, and strict regulatory compliance.

Corporate Automotive Commerce: Launched a highly successful career in automotive sales, rapidly ascending to become one of the regions top volume sellers. He earned industry-wide recognition for delivering stellar client satisfaction, negotiating complex contracts, and mastering consumer psychology.

Premium Property Management: Served as a Senior Leasing Agent for a highly reputable real estate corporation in Aberdeen, Maryland. In this critical role, he directed full-lifecycle housing logistics for qualified applicants, conducted property tours for high- value clientele. and managed strict compliance protocols-including exhaustive federal background screening and meticulous credit risk assessments.
